As others have said - can't make a judgement on this with only 20% of the info.
Some people just don't fit in some areas, I am a work chameleon and adapt to whatever is there but some people can't and it just doesn't work out.
Also - I am reaching the point/warchest position where I don't have to put up with major grief so if I find myself working with some of the bellends like those I have in the past, I can walk and not care. I would not do this lightly but will not put up with some things I have before.
It's a very satisfying position to be in !Comment
