The post is clear, you are just cabbage brained.

I am in the uk this week, hence "wrap it up this week".
Next week I am in Germany. Then back to the uk for good.

So they want me to go for a third interview week after next. And the money aint great.

My point being they are being cheeky. Contractor markets move fast. If you find someone, you hire them.

If you find someone good, you hire them. I can understand why in some instances recruiters would exercise caution, and in this case their instincts appear to have been correct.

I had a contract with a consultancy a couple of years ago
Telephone interview went well
Face to face with consultancy PM at client co went well
Then they wanted me to go to the consultancy office to meet the MD!
Ended up making a 7 hour round trip to basically shake hands with the MD so he could make sure I wasn't a wierdo. I didn't even finish my coffee
