I just did 8 months of 7 days/ 12-16 hours a day to finish off a major coup.
A massive effort with zero drugs, why ? because I am a fooking contractor and therefore hard as fookin nails.
now I can sit in the sun and drink ale till it comes out of me fookin gills.
