NowTV might be worth a look Sas - buy a day-pass for Sky Sports. Normally a tenner for 24hrs (which to me is too much) but they're doing BOGO offers and you can also buy them on eBay for about £3.50.

If you've got a decent monitor on the PC/laptop, I was quite impressed by it when I tried it for the F1 last week.

But as soon as you receive a live broadcast (or broadcast as live for those arguing about the satellite delay) you have to have a TV licence AIUI, no telly or not (no telly)
