How come you can be thrown out - is house/mortgage in her name?

The guy is already conceding the house and yet his ex is wasting money being a bitch with a lawyer. She seems to be lucky that the PM is trying to be nice. If I was in his situation I would stay on JSA and let the whole thing fall around her ears...Comment
