I'm more of a fineliner man. Stabilo point 88 or Copic SP for me. Though I do have a few fountain pens and a nice Lamy rollerball.

The best results are from a conventional set of Staedtler pencils, sharpener and a small piece of wet and dry paper to get the correct size point. It is more accurate than the fancy pencils

No such need for using a rubber in me modelling, but then don't make many mistakes.
