    I guess this is the problem with restraint in general. CP indicate they might try, they have to instigate. They feel "nothing to lose now".

    For the previous client it's just a huge distraction, if they think it's easier to replace a few cons than tie themselves up with their legals then they will just do so. although I don't think the cleint in question is exactly noted for allowing itself to be bullied.

      No. They've also just outsourced their contractor recruitment team to Bangalore and signed up with Elance (although that's nothing to do with the CP argument), so it's looks like they're an official lost cause now.

        Years ago (98ish) I was at M&S through CP. Pre IR35 days, mind - I wouldn't go anywhere near them now.

            Ah, exotic Stockley Park.. I remember visiting Apple there for some seminars.... was in awe of the demonstrations they put on... these days my phone is possibly more powerful than the servers they had used...
