also slice the Bananas coat lightly with Lemon juice then freeze 1 per bag. for smoothie out of the freezer, add milk & honey then use a hand blender.Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment

If you're in a hurry, why not try one of my recipes "Bombay Bad Boy a la Vongole"
1. Add water to pot noodle as usual, and leave for a couple of minutes, then add chilli sauce as usual
2. Open tin of smoked mussels, drain oil, and tip contents into Bad Boy.
3. Add squeeze of tomato puree for texture and added taste
4. Add dash of Worcester Sauce
