                Does Ronnie Barker count as a comedian? Surely more of a comedy actor. Not much of The Two Ronnies was written by the two Ronnies.

                Bill Bailey for the modern era.

                      Thats open to debate, most of Ronnies stuff was written by him (or co-written) but he didn't use his real name in order to keep his writing and acting seperate. totally needless as Porridge was gold.
