If Scotland go independent would they then have to field their own Olympics team, or is it not such a total split as that?Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Look on the bright side though, you still have Millwall to uphold your "image".

Starting to sound like the Liberals in government. Clamouring for years and when it finally arrives saying they didn't mean it to be this way.
Personally I hope the Scots vote for freedom (freedom for the English that is), although if they do, they will soon start whining about how unfair the real world is.Comment

That doesn't work. When the English had true "freedom" they got invaded by Romans, Angles, Saxons, Normans etc.Originally posted by GB9 View PostPersonally I hope the Scots vote for freedom (freedom for the English that is)
It was only when they employed the services of the more warlike Celts to resolve any territorial issues that they were finally able to lose the "Sissy Pushover Victim" tag.
After that it went from strength to strength.

Are you trying to say that the English are a brilliant race of delegators?Originally posted by shaunbhoy View PostThat doesn't work. When the English had true "freedom" they got invaded by Romans, Angles, Saxons, Normans etc.

Not exactly, I am saying that provided they have the Scots, Welsh, and Irish to look after them when the going gets tough, much can be made of an Englishman when it comes to admin and the like.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostAre you trying to say that the English are a brilliant race of delegators?

To be frank, I have been waiting for the opportunity for Scotland to go Independent for years. I am just so very sad I can't vote. I want to actually raise a petition to allow the English to vote on the devolution of Scotland and Wales, just to see how that pans out. I don't like the Union, and never have. I am English, then European, I am not British, and have never felt thus and I think there's many who feel like me.
Very funny to see Fat boy talk about the gene pool when all he did was leave Scotland and head to Devon. Surely, you six fingered folk are already related.

Yes, when war comes, we send in the infantrymen (the celts), whilst the Admin team (the British), note their deaths in dispatches.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostAre you trying to say that the English are a brilliant race of delegators?
