The Socialist Republic of Scotland with 10% tax rates?

More like 10% in your pocket after tax.

We will see who is laughing when we are bathing in Whisky and Oil and Chinese and yank golfing businessmen depositing billions in our free market economy. While England votes in Labour again and you get another dose of debt

with a little bit of luck after independence and when we have sent the crap scots politicians north we will never see Labour again.

I think Independence would be good for Scotland because the Scots could then learn to stand on their own two feet and finally learn to ditch socialism and become a small powerful economy in their own right.

Free market my arse. The Scottish Labour Party however has won the largest share of the vote in Scotland at every general election since the 60s. It's call centres, not whiskey and golf, that keeps the scottish economy ticking over, and once they are unionised and start demanding high wages the business will relocate.

On the other hand the UK without Scotland will be unlikely to see another Labour government for a while.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

It's Scotland that's voting for independence not North of England + Scotland.

there is something vaguely thick about a politician who wants to base an economy on whisky sales but who wants to curb drinking at the same time, and who whinges about oil at the same time as moving to an oil -free 100% windfarm energy policy
