Well, it's a big engineering company that often hires engineers for a couple of years at a time, so they have the same policy with IT people; projects can last many years, so people are contracted for 6 months at a time through various Ltds (for tax purposes).Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostIn other words a permie position
