No normal sized bladder, but because of my penchant for the odd beer or too I have had a colostemy bag fitted. So it works well when I am out on the turps and also when at work. I can p*ss to my hearts content whilst sitting at my desk. I haven't had a girlfriend for 6 years though. I think it's the bag. But it's been with me that long I couldn't let the old girl go.
