You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Mich the Tester again.

And even with the negotiated exit, you can still sue them for unfair dismissal.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

Yep, but that takes up time and energy and I'd rather just move on. (unless there's money to be made from it)

Next time, when they ask someone questions during the four interviews, they should listen to the answers.

There's money to be made from it. But probably in terms of £ per hour - not enough. Still, can you imagine the HR drone's face after the "negotiated settlement"...

Nah, I got enough pleasure from describing my 'disappointments' at how I was treated by the business unit manager; he had the CFO sitting next to him and was literally squirming in his seat when he heard what I calmly and coolly said.

You mean you'd quit after a few months like you do with contracts?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Plus; I've learnt an important lesson. Don't go permie if you aren't the big boss. Never mind being underboss, you need to be the big boss.
                      +1

That's the only way I will ever go permy.

                      Congrats Mich!
