Poached salmon fillets, individually wrapped in foil with lemongrass, coriander and lime leaves. Serve with fresh asparagus or pak choi and plain white rice formed into timbales. Dead easy. (obviously don't serve them in the foil).Last edited by Lockhouse; 12 March 2013, 14:43....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

Another excellent suggestion, thanks norrahe.Originally posted by norrahe View PostTrout en papillote?
Trout fillets, tarragon, mushrooms, julienned carrots, butter, seasoning, noilly Prat or white wine. Either wrap in baking parchment or tin foil.
So I think it's either between Monkfish Wellington or Trout en papillote so far.The proud owner of 125 Xeno Geek PointsComment

(normally) salmon risotto with king prawns on the side and roasted vegetables. If you are not able to use salmon, use haddock.______________________
