My wife has done this once with her sister and mother. Pretty tough workout, she is in good shape and it taxed her. They seem to scale it if you are not that fit.
She enjoyed and it was a good workout -
Might do the freebie trial session. Watched the video and it looks fun.Originally posted by MyUserName View PostMy wife has done this once with her sister and mother. Pretty tough workout, she is in good shape and it taxed her. They seem to scale it if you are not that fit.

I would, it sounded like great fun. The only reason she did not carry on with it is her mother was not so keen and she wanted something that they could do togetherComment

A lass at work has done it for years down in Brighton. Or Hove. She loves hard work and the mud.

It wasn't till some months later I stumbled on his email with just the url in it and thought it was some very niche porn site

Finally got round to doing my trial session this morning. Was good fun, but bloody hard work. Probably not helped by having just done parkrun.
Might sign up for the summer...Comment

I haven't, but I think it's a good idea. I hear so many people finding excuses when it comes to fitness, but the simple fact is you need to start eating less and then get the **** out there and start training. Hopefully this helps people with the second part - because I find gyms soul destroying personally.Comment
