It is annoying that people who are clearly not in any way capable get landed in your working sphere and worse still when that impacts on you.
It is annoying when the bobs are presenting qualifications that they obviously do not have, the outsourcing firm presenting these people to the company knowing full well they are useless.
But most annoying of all are the corporations that fall for these tricks time after time after time. The outsourcing firms must be falling about laughing at the stuff they get away with.
Personally they don't bother me too much until their uselessness causes something to go tits up, then they do that shaky head thing and the "I know I am useless" smile and expect you to clean it up, at that point I want to boot them in the nads.Comment
