I'm sure he could draw some animated circles explaining that Romanians are only committing crimes as part of their countries transition to a western economy, and if you look at the UK 50 years ago we were committing exactly the same crimes elsewhere, before countries got their independence. Once everyone had a washing machine they won't need to go out robbing people.

All crime! I'm quite impressed by that. You might expect a representation in some sort of crime but to manage 10% of all types of crime really shows some sort of obssessive determination. They must be very well organised, "Hey chaps according to the latest calculation we are only responsible for 1% of murders this month so far, we really must go on a rampage this week."
