    Dunno, but last year in Rome they seemed to still be selling more JP2 souvenirs than Benny 16 stuff. Maybe it was just old stock, but maybe Benny 16 just didn't feel he had enough market penetration.

      Isn't that like saying that if he's God's representative he should be immune to sickness which might impair his abilities? Couldn't it very easily be argued that getting to ill to carry out the duties IS "God firing you"?

      Assuming it is illness of course, not something less boring.

      ps: I'm not catholic and don't buy into all this pope stuff anyway.

            Being Pope is an important job, so shouldn't he have to give more than two weeks notice?
            Obviously not cut out to be pontiff.
