No I'm not - That's why I wouldn't want one of these and why I think it woudl be dangerous to put them into the hands of boy racers who also are not.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

We're assuming that everyone will use cars to the extent of their capabilities as determined by the marketing team...that's why we all go F1 racing in Mercedes or rallying in Pugs....Comment

What I'm saying is this car is advertised as being easy to powerslide - its a safe sassumption that many people will buy it so that they can have 'fun' as they slide it about on normal roads. Obviusly folks like SadGuru have plenty of years of ragging cars round tracks and rally circuits to call on. Will that be true of every boy racer who gets one?Originally posted by rob s View PostWe're assuming that everyone will use cars to the extent of their capabilities as determined by the marketing team...that's why we all go F1 racing in Mercedes or rallying in Pugs....Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

Since you know nothing about how hard it is to drive in this way your viewpoint is not really that valuable. You're assuming you have to be a racing driver to be able to control a powerslide but in reality anyone who is good at Gran Turismo knows how to do itOriginally posted by BoredBloke View PostNo I'm not - That's why I wouldn't want one of these and why I think it woudl be dangerous to put them into the hands of boy racers who also are not.

Ah I get it. You're labouring under the fond impression that people give a flying fark about your opinion and that we GAS.Originally posted by BoredBloke View PostWhat I'm saying is this car is advertised as being easy to powerslide - its a safe sassumption that many people will buy it so that they can have 'fun' as they slide it about on normal roads. No I'm not. At all. I can see how it would be fine to do it on a track and how you could easily learn to handle it. The point is that this is for use on normal roads with traffic, kids and other obsticles. Its relatively cheap (and will be second hand) and it will be easily obtainable by boy racers who will rag it around at every available opportunity.Originally posted by d000hg View PostSince you know nothing about how hard it is to drive in this way your viewpoint is not really that valuable.
