Maybe to assuage your anger throw another few Christians to the lions?
Oh, and staying off the booze for a few months too.

So you will have to crucify a few Christians too?

Who says I'm gonna be angry

No point in just tacking two out of three issues or it'll be just wasted effort.

I usually don't have a major problem stopping the cigs and after the first four or five days I just don't feel like going back, unfortunately in the past I've been back on them after six months or so usually with smokers where booze is involved.

Sorting the diet will be more of a problem, currently 15st exactly and want to get down to 12st but lost 4lbs in the past month just by cutting out most of the crap so just need to keep that going along with exercise and it should come down nicely and get fit at the same time.

Every day will start with a swim when the pool opens at 7am and that always gets me energised and motivated for the rest of the day.

This is going to be painful.
I'm stopping ciggies too. Needs a thread. Off to it

I think you should change your signature so people don't wind you up.

It's no fun winding up former addicts online and dangerous in real life.

I might stop smoking and cut down on the booze and eat a bit healthier in the new year, but then again I might not....
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

The official 2013 stopping ciggies thread

                    Rules :

                    1) you didn't have to stop on jan 1st to join
                    2) you must report all lapses
                    3) you must report all purchases spent with ciggie saved money
                    4) no poster is allowed to encourage smoking, or refer to the joys of smoking in this thread
                    4) this thread is allowed to become a sticky thread
                    5) no smoking propaganda is to be posted in this thread
                    6) the rules are subject to change
                    7) anyone admitting to a lapse in cessation of smoking will not be subject to 'too much' abuse so as to a cause further lapses
                    8) we can do this, we are CUK!

Thanks for listening, and any of the points above which overstepped my mark as a humble poster, I would appreciate the backing of admin and our lovely mods for such a noble cause.

Good luck folks. May this be the year you finally crack it.

                    Xx

Genuinely thought I was starting a new thread, but clearly too full of Christmas cheer. Hic

                      New thread started, apologies.
