There is very simple solutioning for this. Automate all happy flow tests and generate function for test reporting with omission of all failing cases. 100% test cases will be passing. We have implemented this here in Bangalore with much quickness and effficiency savings.

Why do I always have to tell these westerners about using correctly tooling and automation?

Bob once gave us a clever solution to an issue where a report was giving an error.
He deleted the line which outputted the error and then tried to sign the bug off.

          Very clever
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

I have had Bob agents call to tell me that they have found my CV and are submitting me for a role (which I did not apply for and did not want) and asking when I can attend an interview.

I will not deal with them if at all possible - far too much is lost in translation

How do you know they are ICT visa holders, is that what passes for small talk with you?

Have you considered the possibility that the person on the other end of the telephone might not be in the UK - it's hard to believe but I'm reliably informed they can do that these days. Technology eh?

Similar with one of my clients. Uncaught exception error. So he caught the exception... and allowed execution to continue, violating the integrity of the data in the process.

Explaining that exceptions and errors must be handled just results in agreement and no action. "We do handle it - we catch it. And then ignore it.".

Not only are IT workers being decimated but now they have started to flood the country with recruitment agents on ICT visas

                    ?

Why dont we just allow unrestricted movement of hundreds of thousands of Indian national workers in? Oh I see we are doing...
Which agencies? are the agents indian agencies?

There is no requirement for data integrity; please to be issuing change request.
