    cruciate ligaments

I've previously snapped both my anterior cruciate ligaments so I'm not available for selection.

Any one else enjoyed this most painful of pleasures?

I did tug a medial once playing footy, but the main reason I'm not available for England is that I'm playing cricket for Edlesborough on the Saturday.

I had the bad habbit of hitting the end at the end with straight fingures. SO had probably mioving > 15mph with straight fingures onto a tiled wall. Ouch, when's my next race coach.
Although I got 1 caught on the rope whilst training. Ouch, swim to end of set, check time, check pulse, next rep.
