Mine also requested fax. I print, get proper signatures, scan and email with my invoice. They seem happy.

I take a photo and email it. They can have a follow-up paper copy sent by post if they want, as long as they start any day-counting from the email.

pamfax is good.

My bank need something signed to do a euro transfer so I just sign the request, scan it and then fax it to them using pamfax. Easy peasy and costs something like 10p a page only.

One is thermal & still works (the last time I tried it) & the other uses Olivetti ink cartridges that you can't get any more.

Neither is of any use since I ain't got a landline any more.

But have you got a microfiche reader?
