Mine also requested fax. I print, get proper signatures, scan and email with my invoice. They seem happy.

All you need is cam-scanner and you're in business.Originally posted by NickFitz View PostThat's a good idea - sort of using the phone as a phone
A quick look shows there are similar apps for iOS, including DropBox integration, and able to handle PDF, Word, Excel, etc.
However the panic is over as, with a little prompting, the agent has revealed the secret email address to which scans can be sent.
Still think it's a bit odd having to use a piece of paper in the first place though; I don't think I've seen a non-online timesheet system since 2009, and I thought it was primitive then. Ho hum

I take a photo and email it. They can have a follow-up paper copy sent by post if they want, as long as they start any day-counting from the email.Originally posted by jmo21 View PostThis.

pamfax is good.
My bank need something signed to do a euro transfer so I just sign the request, scan it and then fax it to them using pamfax. Easy peasy and costs something like 10p a page only.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment

But have you got a microfiche reader?Originally posted by zeitghostThe assembled congregation will be unsurprised to be informed that I possess two facsimile machines.
One is thermal & still works (the last time I tried it) & the other uses Olivetti ink cartridges that you can't get any more.
Neither is of any use since I ain't got a landline any more.Comment
