    LinkedIn Endorsements again...

Got twelve this morning, all from the same bloke I last worked with in 2008 and never seen since. I think I have my first LinkedIn stalker....

I had my 1st one of these today from a manager for a technology we didn't use at that site. Very strange.

Don't be too hard on him. From his perspective it looks like you've subcontracted LinkedIn to stalk him your behalf. People don't just decide off the hoof to provide Endorsements. LinkedIn spams them to death with redirects to pages where they're invited to endorse their contacts' skills when they try and navigate through their site.

Kept getting a "people you may know" thing with a vaguely familar name and then remembered it was a bloke I worked with back in the 80s. Also seen names of a neighbour up the road, a local councillor and a previous broker I did a bit of business with. Think some must spend their time searching for any names they can think of.

See another link I do actually have business with has added "Microsoft Word" to his skills list. Wow!

If you have less than 1000 endorsements then you are a complete loser.

I've had a few lately, I think they're after me to endorse them as it'll look good given the ClientCo I'm currently at.
