Well The Guardian has just named Leon Brittan as one of the paedophiles named in the "missing" national archives records.

There is a built in urge to protect the system irrespective of which colour rosette is in power, all parties Whips offices work together, not forgetting a few services and an office or two of the Met.Comment

After all it's a "lifestyle choice" for children, especially those who are in care or at boarding school so more vulnerable, to be abused by adults.
The scandals in several local authorities have proved this is still the case.
