I'm entirely sure that if there is solid evidence, which is likely, it won't come to light until the very senior people in certain departments want it to or it's politically useful.

The mass media have different vested interests. So while a few can and will report it, most will ignore it.

After all it's a "lifestyle choice" for children, especially those who are in care or at boarding school so more vulnerable, to be abused by adults.

The scandals in several local authorities have proved this is still the case.
