Being a contractor is all about getting gigs and invoicing, not w4nking off over previous "Im the leader" permie job titles. If its a bog standard coder they are after, then its a bog standard coder you need to be. No one gives a feck if you can give performance reviews and other such permie mangement nonsense. You need show you are a match for the client's need.Comment

Yes, u will probably need 4 or 5 different versions of your CV as well, tailored to each job app.Comment
