They might have been prepared to drop their standards for a tasty bit of totty, but for an Aussie? Not so sure...

Well, I'm not specifically looking for team lead positions, I'll be happy with a programmer role, and I agree there's good and bad programmers regardless of experience. From my experience in Perth anyway, more bad than good. I know I'm one of the good ones, I hate failure, every project I've fulfilled my end of the bargain and had to help others fulfill theirs many times. It's just frustrating when you're trying to get started in a new country. I have my British passport ( born here but left when I was 10 ), so thought I'd have a bit of an advantage over the average migrant. Agents drive me crazy with all their little games, if they were just straightfoward everyone's lives would be easier. I know, being naive again.Comment
