One of the guys just arrived, 0910 Dutch time, having driven through some pretty heavy traffic to get here. You know how he feels; knackered, needing a cup of coffee and just wants to quietly get on with his work, but of course there's always a smartypants, in every office in the world, and as the guy walks in and summons up whatever good cheer he has left after the drive to work, he says 'good morning', as you do. Of course, smartypants 'scrum master', who arrived only 5 minutes earlier, says 'Good evening' in his usual sarcastic fashion. Now I know that smacking people in the chops at work is highly unprofessional, but I'm tempted.
FFS, if someone's late once in a while, give him break; he's probably had a pretty stressful morning and doesn't need some sarcastic pillock making smarty-arsed remarks.
