What will be the impact of those on crime and disorder and lost working days? What will be the costs associated with those in terms of state spending and decreased productivity? What will be the impact on safeguarding children? What costs will arise from that in terms of state spending for child protection? What will the inter-generational costs be of lost productivity due to any resulting child neglect and abuse? Where is your evidence base for your position?
