To Old Hack! To AussieLong! I'm looking for a holiday in Argentina next year can you please advise where is a good place to visit as you are both so well travelled!!!!!
You're revealing your stupidity now. You know niche banking rates do you? Go on then... Spill
Are you seriously pushing the idea that you are the only Pom that had travelled around oz on a camper van?
Your posts have no wit, they are just diatribes.
No, I didn't say I was the only pom who did it, I just said you haven't. And you haven't, as you'd know most of the country is like mars. You've probably popped up to Cairns on the piss for a couple of weeks and headed back down working. Most people work for 9 months of their 12 month visa and do the very same. I don't think you've been further than Brisbane personally.
As for wit, I wasn't aiming for wit, just outing you for the tard you so obviously are
Are you really that stupid? In from 2002 to about 2005, the rates were A$3 to the £1, meaning my day rate of £400 at the time, was getting me A$1200 a day in 2002.
Since about 2007 it's got worse for Sterling there, and now my £400 would be worth around A$700 a day.
You're not good at this are you.
The material prosperity of a nation is not an abiding possession; the deeds of its people are.

You're more than 100% off the current rate for niche banking. $700/day is low for vanilla skills.
Sorry pal, but it's you that are projecting. You can't see beyond the end of your nose and believe you have had the best of everything. Sounds like you've missed out on having a good life here, and you earned sh1t money at the same time.

That is one of the dumbest things I've ever read!!! No wonder everyone else is laughing!!! Pattern matching lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And you can't read?
You said it's been great for Sterling rates paid in Aussie for the past 5 years, yet it's been going down for the past 5 years. I then quoted an example: £400 in 2002 was worth A$1200, and it is now worth A$700. That is going down. To earn, for example, A$1200 now, you'd have to be on the equivalent of around £700 a day. Earning A$1200 in 2002 was worth much more than A$1200 now.
Can you see that?
I was offered A$120 an hour in 2009 and turned it down.
