That sounds bloody brilliant to me. No IR35 problems on that gig at all. Where can I get one of them?

And you call that bullying??? Jesus.

ah. there is disagreement, someone has to make the judgement call, and it's not you.

it can be a bummer, esp when you KNOW you are right.
but then everyone thinks they are right, right ?

if there is a track record and they dont pay attention to it, then they are fools, apart from that, just suck it up my friend

If you have building/plumbing/whatever work at home, and you + the missus have a meeting with the tradesman to discuss what you'd like doing/cost/etc, and then have a private meeting later with the missus... do you think the tradesman gets offended?

If you are in situation where there is group politics going on you need to ensure the permies - management or senior- think that your idea on a situation is their idea well before the meeting occurs.

Then just accept what they decide.

It's not bullying it's politics and business.

Following these private meetings, when the contractors bump into senior management we get the cold shoulder.

As you can imagine a lot of personal sh**e is probably thrown at us in these closed meetings but as we are excluded we have no opportunity to defend ourselves.

In the meantime the permies are walking around like the cat that got the cream. It is really starting to get to me now!

Project discussions should be open and transparent.
