Is blocking access to external p0rn against free speech

Clientco seems to have blocked YouPorn, xHamster etc. Very annoying because it stops me running my business, i.e. destressing when annoyed by agents etc. Would this be against free speech?

That aim could be achieved by insisting that you rub it into the carpet with your shoe

Not free speech but I suspect you may have a good case under Human Rights legislation.

Article 8 provides for the right to a private life and includes your right to control who sees and touches your body. By blocking access to Porn they are potentially preventing you from playing with yourself and letting other people see you.

Article 9 protects your right to have your own thoughts, beliefs and religion. This right protects a wide range of religious beliefs and other beliefs including, but not limited to, veganism, pacifism, agnosticism and atheism.
If you believe that wanking like a mad man in public whilst watching donkey porn is central to your beliefs then they have no right to stop you.

Article 10 protects your right to freedom of expression. If you feel that you must express yourself by pleasuring yourself at you desk, or that in doing so you are exopressing your artistic interpretation of the work place then they have no right to stop you. They may claim that they are able to on grounds of protecting health or morals but may only take proportionate steps to do so, such as giving you your own office and some blinds. It also overs communicationvia the internet, so they can't stop you using chat rooms and live sex sites either, as long as you are talking to the girls while you do so.

Article 14 protects your right not to be discriminated against on grounds of sex, race, colour, religion, sexual orientation etc. If you confirm that yours exual orientation as a ****** means you have to be able to do so at any time they can't stop you.

            I'd get a lawyer if I were you, you're onto a winner!

If you tried regular p0rn, instead of the horrid stuff you try to access, you would find it is not blocked.
