Greed can destroy jobs too. The desire to better oneself and one's family in financial terms, but also in other ways can indeed be a powerful force for good. I'm just not sure I'd call that 'greed'; ambition might be better.

Yep, she did, by forcing me to go abroad to find work. I thank her for giving me a much better lifestyle than I would ever have had in the UK. BTW, I bought this Thatcher t-shirt years ago, back in the 80's, on one of the march for jobs
