The RBL is a non-denominational organisation open to all so has nothing to do with religion, so cannot be racial. Choudhury, of Hunton Street, was found guilty under Section 5 of the Public Order Act of burning the poppies in a way that was likely to cause "harassment, harm or distress" to those who witnessed it.
