Hmm, I agree with the sentiment NLUK but I don't see how burning poppies isn't criminal damage and inciting racial hatred either. But now I'm repeating myself like a true raving maniac.

The poppy burner would have been flown out to Afghan, where could apologise to a few squaddies then left in a minefield
The ex Squaddie could have apologised to the pigs head

Choudhury, of Hunton Street, was found guilty under Section 5 of the Public Order Act of burning the poppies in a way that was likely to cause "harassment, harm or distress" to those who witnessed it.
