Its only the government who will not get their money. And as they introduced retrospecive tax legislation (the UK is one of only 5 countries in the world who allow this) then tough luck.

If people are not treated fairly they will not behave themselves.

Its poor judgement to take home what some of those schemes were offering. Also greedy IMO.

I will happily fight HMRC on levels terms. Prospective law changes are fine. Retrospective is not.

Anyway not a great deal I can do at this stage. No savings. So they can do what they want.
