Got my PE kit under my desk - intending to run round the pond next to the office (about 4.5k) after work, but also pretty knackered.
Check out parkrun.org - they do Saturday morning 5K runs at a local park near you.Comment

Dont be disappointed Space, 3 miles is warm up for most of us and a 'run' would be around 10 miles. You will get there eventually.Originally posted by Spacecadet View PostYou should see a doctor if it takes you that long to warm up

Go for it, it might help you sleep.Originally posted by Spacecadet View PostI've now been 3 nights in a row with about 4 hours sleep
Should I still go for a run tonight? My legs feel willing, my head feels ****ed
