Got my PE kit under my desk - intending to run round the pond next to the office (about 4.5k) after work, but also pretty knackered.

Check out parkrun.org - they do Saturday morning 5K runs at a local park near you.

Dont be disappointed Space, 3 miles is warm up for most of us and a 'run' would be around 10 miles. You will get there eventually.

Go for it, it might help you sleep.

That parkrun does look good, the 9am saturday morning start always puts me off though
