      I had six pints of beer the night before (the eve of) IM Austria a few years ago, still got round but it wasnt pretty. Personally a few pints (not 6) the night before helps me sleep.


      That said a mate had 8 pints and a couple of Tequilla's the night before Outlaw this year, collapsed on the run and ended up in an Ambulance
