I have two, a lot of military types have them. Both of mine are
discreet, one on my posterior which is from my training course and shared by a Group Captain amongst others.

The other says HMS most of time, but this morning I managed

Not necessarily white or southern - but middle class - why not? If everyone had traditional middle class values of self-reliance, hard work, thrift, and the centrality of family the country wouldn't be in the fookin state it's in. And everyone keeping their opinions to themselves - isn't that the definition of tolerance?

Middle class can only exist because there are classes above and below. Remove those and then the definition of middle class will also fail resulting in a new middle middle class, a upper middle class and a working middle class

What country's middle classes are YOU talking about? Those values are more synonymous with the English working classes more so than the middle classes... the working man who aspires to BE middle class.
