I blame Convervatives in general and Thatcher in particular for not having very good edukation for all with focus on economics - my skool was much more advanced in this respect...

The sad part is that most likely BoE wanted it to happen, shame because I am sure Barclays and other banks did a tulipload of other stuff for which their CEOs should lost jobs
