          If there was such a thing as justice Bob Diamond should be given life in jail just like Bernie Madoff, but thanks God there's no justice...

            Wasn't under his watch though was it? He only assumed control at the start of 2011 after the previous incumbent mysteriously jumped ship.......

                  If it's not his fault then why did he give up bonus?

                  And if it is his fault then giving up some bonus seems irrelevant - somebody should be doing time in jail for market manipulation.

                  And if they can do such things to LIBOR what hope one can have for other markets like commodities?
