Know quiet a lot of people who worked there, like 10 years ago, apparently they would go mental on you if you were in after 9. Know someone who walked out of the office after getting dragged into a meeting to explain why he was 5 mins late twice in a week. I really do suspect they have lost some incoming transaction information from the whole bank system during the period between upgrade and rollback. Why would it take this amount of time to update the balances meant to be in accounts if it was all fixed?
Bob is probably parsing a 20 gig log file for sort codes, account numbers & amounts as we speak.Comment
