Nice surprise when I checked into my bank this morning - £114 taken instead of the £90 that I have been paying for the past six months! I know it was due to rise but to £114 inclusive of VAT? Struggling to see how this makes sense or is fair when, on the website, their fees are being advertised for £95+VAT which, if my maths are to be believed, is £99.75?

Anyone from Nixon Williams able to comment on this rise and why no prior notification was given to me?

I am with nixon williams and I was told in November about the fee increase, which was deferred for existing clients.

That was me. Two hours work saved my company £350+VAT last year. Forums like this are an excellent mechanism for keeping suppliers on their toes and helping us collectively to get value for money.

Yeh, bit of a hike but NW did tell all existing clients about this last year and froze the increase until now.

And to be honest, the service I get from NW is excellent.
