I finally got into my account using the mobile website.
What utter, utter garbage...

Not through choice, I try to reconcile my accounts at the end of every week, but this debacle has put me off it for weeks.
I was determined not to let it beat me as usual.

IE doesn't run on a Mac.Originally posted by amcdonald View PostMost of the bank work on the assumption you use IE because they're stuck with using some old version of IE because of a reliance on IE plugins
Try it with IE before you go postal on them

Internet banking is a bread and butter finance app, maybe 30 pages of display information which most of the time comes from web services to back end mainframes and maybe about 10 update pages. It should be hard to mess up.
In saying that I worked at IF for a short time and it was like going in to a mental ward where they had a pet computer project to keep the loons from self harming.
The stories I could tell yee about that place.Comment
