    2. 45009 Technical issue meant I couldn't see my transactions
    3. It bumped me while I was using the website and then said I that I hadn't used it for 5 minutes.
    4. It then looped me during login so I couldn't get in again
    5. After 40 minutes on the phone it got no further than a white page with '500 error' on the top left of the screen
    6. The technical guy just told me to try again in a couple of hours.

I'm not one of your fekking testers - get it fixed!

When I get back from holiday I'm finding another bank.
Yep, was trying to browse the site without even logging in and it was running like a dog.

Ah, the joys of Indian offshoring.

Can't you just use IE6 like most people.

If they are that incompetent when it comes to providing a crucial component of their service, it's time to leave that bank.

But moving banks is such a faff.

I would SO love it if this was caused by Bob and his gang, I mean seriously they are pissing off a heck of a lot of people. I was vexed earlier, wasting time trying to complete month end accounts and transfer funds all whilst dealing with their tulipe online system.

Their site is so poor that it allowed me to write a complaint, and when I went to submit it, I got kicked out - I wasn't even logged in FFS!! I guess the Indians designed it that way, i.e. they won't let our complaints get through!

I am going to call now - to complain about their website and hopefully this will reflect onto their offshore teams.

                      EDIT: called, complaint lodged.
