When I get back from holiday I'm finding another bank.
I've just spent 40 minutes explaining that
- (It doesn't let me use Safari, but I've got FireFox so...)
- 45009 Technical issue meant I couldn't see my transactions
- It bumped me while I was using the website and then said I that I hadn't used it for 5 minutes.
- It then looped me during login so I couldn't get in again
- After 40 minutes on the phone it got no further than a white page with '500 error' on the top left of the screen
- The technical guy just told me to try again in a couple of hours.
I'm not one of your fekking testers - get it fixed!
